Traditional processes involve numerous manual steps: reading emails, checking attachments, extracting data and verifying the same information several times over.
These processes are regularly slowed down by unstructured input, media breaks and rounds of internal coordination.
NEURALEX AI workflow
With NEURALEX, incoming communication is analysed, categorised and processed automatically. AI-driven workflows extract and sort the relevant information and hand it over to your existing systems through open interfaces.
Every extracted field carries a confidence score. Automatic release only happens above a threshold you set and after a minimum number of evaluated cases. Until then, a human decides.

NEURALEX completes entire processes on its own, from the inbound item to the handover into your system, and reaches a high straight-through rate on clear-cut cases. What runs automatically, however, is your decision.
You define what runs automatically
Whether, what and when something is automated is decided by you, per case type and per field. You set the accuracy threshold above which a case is released without a query, and you say which cases always come to a desk.
Much of it then runs all the way through
Clear-cut cases run through without manual work: recognised, checked, assigned, handed over. This is enabled per case type, and only once the accuracy for that type has been proven against your own numbers.
You can intervene at any time
Every case is visible, with status and history. You can pause it, correct it, or withdraw automation for a case type. Your corrections are preserved and improve the result.
With us, automation is not a switch you flip once. It is a setting you can move in both directions. That is why every rollout starts in parallel operation.

In motor claims handling, criminal and regulatory offence files are often the only way to establish liability and what actually happened. The route there is always the same: application, follow-up, waiting, retrieving the file, making it readable. Akteo takes over that entire sequence. A law firm uses Akteo directly. Insurers and claims service providers take the route through one of our partner law firms, which already runs Akteo.
